Hobart High School will host its annual Sports Physical Night with Dr. Carter on Tuesday, May 28th, from 2:45 - 6:00 PM in the HHS Main Gym. The cost is $25 – Cash or Check (payable to Dr. Mark Carter). All Hobart Middle School and Hobart High School students are welcome to attend. To participate in sports, student-athletes must have a physical annually, dated between April 1st and the first day of practice. Please turn it into the HHS Athletic Office (Door 19) or the HMS Main Office Sports Physical Night is not mandatory. It is simply an optional method for families to obtain a low-cost physical for their student-athlete(s). Before attending, please register or roll over your FinalForms for the 2024-2025 school year and sign all forms—THIS IS REQUIRED. NEW STUDENT-ATHLETES: - Visit HOBARTBRICKIES.COM and click on FinalForms. - Follow the directions to create an account. (The account must be created by a parent or guardian and is not the same as the Skyward login.) - Select a sport or sports for the 2024-2025 school year. - Click the BLUE BOX to print the required IHSAA PPE Physical (for Physicians) form. EXISTING HOBART STUDENT-ATHLETES: - Visit HOBARTBRICKIES.COM and click on FinalForms. - Click on Register for 2024-2025 sports. - Select a sport or sports - The forms will populate once this step is complete. - Review forms, make updates if needed, and sign all forms.
