FinalForms and a physical are now due for fall sports!

Fall sports will officially begin in less than two weeks. To participate, FinalForms must be complete with a new 24/25 physical on file in the athletic office. If your FinalForms are incomplete, please visit www.hobart-in.finalforms.com to select sports for the new school year, sign all forms, and turn in a new physical to our office. Questions?
